U.S. and World Currency Lots Offered in July Stack’s Bowers Galleries iAuction

This month’s Stack’s Bowers Galleries iAuction features a small offering of both U.S. and world currency lots. There are 14 lots of U.S. currency presented, including lot #20118, a Fr. 224 1896 $1 Silver Certificate graded PCGS Very Fine 20 and estimated at $400-$600. Lot #20119 features a Fr. 351 1891 $1 Treasury Note graded PCGS Very Fine 25 that also carries a $400-$600 estimate. 

Among world currency, lot #20098, a rare Cyprus Pick #33a 1st March, 1957 250 Mils note graded PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 is estimated to bring $1,500 to $2,500. Lot #20111 features a Government of Gibraltar Pick #19b 20th November, 1971 dated 5 Pounds note graded PCGS Choice About New 55 PPQ and estimated at $400 to $600.
