The show starts off with dealer setup Thursday afternoon from 12 pm to 5 pm with early bird entry starting at 2 pm. Once the show closes down for the day the evening festivities being with a welcome party, silent auction and awards ceremony concluding the evening. The next two days begin with dealer setup at 8 am and opening to the general public at 9 am to 6 pm. The bourse floor includes dealer tables, exhibition displays and microscopes to examine forgeries. Highlights of this event are the three daily lectures scheduled at 10 am, 1 pm and 2:30 pm that really make this a standout convention.

The Sixth Annual Convention and Educational Forum by the U.S. Mexican Numismatic Association will be held Thursday through Saturday October 12-14, 2017 at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort, 6333 N Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a boutique convention geared towards serious collectors and education. The American Numismatic Society and many top dealers and experts in their respective fields of Mexican and Latin American numismatics will be in attendance including Stack’s Bowers Galleries’ own Richard and Kyle Ponterio. Kyle will be giving a lecture this year on “World Countermarks on Mexican Coinage” along with two exhibition displays.
