Happy New Year! The
January Collectors Choice auction of U.S. coins and currency is now online for
viewing and bidding. It
features over 750 lots worth nearly $775,000 and most of the sale is
unreserved! Many highlights
are available for viewing this week at the Florida United Numismatist Show,
tables 1631-1633 and 1730-1732.
Headlining the sale is The Campbell-Roberts Collection, a fresh group of
over 45 significant U.S. gold coins, including a complete set of $2.50 Indians
in NGC MS-63 of better with no reserve. The
U.S. Currency auction will close for bidding live on January 11 beginning at 10AM
Pacific Time and the U.S. Coins auction will close an hour later, beginning at
11AM Pacific time.
