Stack’s
Bowers Galleries is one of the official auctioneers of the American Numismatic
Association’s World’s Fair of money, being held August 9-13 in Anaheim,
California. Lot viewing will begin on Saturday, August 6 at 9:00AM in Room
100 of the Convention Center near the bourse floor and will continue through Friday,
August 12 from 9AM-6PM, and then on Saturday, August 13 from 9AM-Noon.
We kick
off our busy auction session schedule on Tuesday, August 9 at 11AM at the
Anaheim Convention Center with Session 1 of U.S. Coins, with Session 2 of U.S.
Coins to be offered that evening at 6:00PM. On Wednesday morning at 9AM Session
A of Ancient and World Coins Part I will take place. Wednesday evening our U.S.
Currency session will cross the block beginning at 6:00PM. Thursday we continue
with more U.S. Coins, Session 4 at 10AM.
Our tradition of Rarities Night continues Thursday evening at 5:00PM.
Friday morning begins at 9AM with Session B of Ancient and World coins Part II,
and we finish our live sessions in Anaheim with World Paper Money on Friday
evening at 6:00PM.
