Things are always busy at Stack’s Bowers Galleries. On the other side of the world in Hong Kong, our team is celebrating the conclusion of our largest Hong Kong auction ever by lot count. The work now begins to prepare, ship, and deliver lots all around the globe. This most recent Hong Kong auction had bidders from 51 countries, a new record for us!
Meanwhile, in our California Headquarters, another action-packed week is ahead of us! We have had a great week hosting clients who arrived to view lots in our upcoming November Whitman Expo Auction. Now all the lots will be sent to New York for viewing at our Manhattan office (by appointment October 30 through November 3).
And with the International market continuing to grow, Stack’s Bowers Galleries will be at three trade shows in the next seven days. We will be in Scottsdale Arizona at the US Mexican Numismatic Convention, in Nashville Tennessee at the International Money Expo (IMEX), and in Denmark at the Copenhagen Coin Fair.
