One lot that will definitely excite collectors is this front and back pairing of Prince Chun 10 Dollar Proofs. The front proof is in a grade of Gem Unc 66 EPQ, while the back proof is in a Choice Unc 64 grade. PMG’s population report lists these examples as the only ones encapsulated by their service for front and back proofs of this Pick number.
The front proof displays the popular design of Prince Chun at left, with a dragon over field workers and the Great Wall of China at right. Light yellow and blue inks stand out on the back proof, along with bright paper and an intricate design. This is a scarce pairing, and sure to attract spirited bidding due to the popularity of the design and the scarcity of proofs available for this Pick number.
