We are excited to host a show and auction in Europe, and our April Valkenburg auction is shaping up to be quite impressive. One interesting note that we will be offering is a Czechoslovakia 1919 100 Korun P-11a in PMG Choice Very Fine 35.
Depicted at bottom center are the Arms of Czech, Moravia, Silesia and Slovakia. The underprint is in a neat floral pattern in dark blue ink, while the counters and writing are bold maroon. The reverse of the note depicts women at opposing ends, with a falcon at top center. The design is in a lovely purple, with the writing in the same color as on the obverse. This is a scarce note, the first example we have handled for the type. PMG comments "Minor Repairs." PMG Pop 2/None Finer
