Our fall sale offers an important opportunity to acquire this high-end Gem 100 Yuan note. This note has been spared circulation and is being offered to collectors in pack fresh form. PMG has encapsulated 131 examples of this pick variety, however only 16 are in the Gem 65 EPQ grade level with just six graded finer. Those looking to upgrade from their lower-grade examples to this impressive Gem will surely meet fierce resistance from other bidders. The note depicts a Junk at sea to left and a dark green guilloche at right. The border displays intricate lathe work featuring dark brown ink. The reverse of the note displays an ornate design printed in olive green ink.
